Guy Barker is a tradition in the Detroit music scene as the dynamo guitarist everyone books to spark the show. Teaming up with award wining producer Jonas Dainius Berzanskis he is ready for the spotlight as the front man with his rockin’ blues roots band The Detroiters. The many years in the Motor City scene has aged him well. He is the real deal.

Guy has toured internationally with Betty Lavette, played in successful groups such as The Gordon Camp Band, The Jerry Femby Band, The Tim Hewitt Band, The Rudy Robison and The Hungry Five Group, not to mention various gospel, blues and R&B recording sessions.

Guy is an accomplished string and horn arranger having studied at Wayne State as well as Cass Tech.
